Convenient,

Virtual and in-person therapy for adults 18+ in Ohio. Relational, narrative-informed, and built around you — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
"Let's find the soul in your story. And write the next chapter together."
Counseling for people who don't like counseling.
If therapy has felt cold, clinical, or like being analyzed from across a desk — that's not what this is. Here's the difference:
Adults 18+ in Ohio.
I work with individuals only — no couples, no families, no court-ordered clients. My clients are adults who have decided, on their own terms, that they want to do this work.
I especially love working with deep thinkers, writers, creatives, and people who are trying to make sense of how to align who they are with how they live. But I work with all kinds of people and all kinds of struggles.
For couples and families I recommend Karascope Counseling or Kintsukuroi Counseling.
Presenting concerns
Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, worry that won't quit.
Mood disorders, low energy, numbness, feeling stuck or flat.
General trauma, religious trauma, and experiences that left a mark.
Low self-worth, codependency, people-pleasing, figuring out who you actually are.
Career changes, relationship shifts, grief, loss, and the big stuff that reshapes everything.
Adults with ADHD, chronic stress, anger, and difficulty with follow-through.
Your story deserves a custom-fit response.
"I believe your life is made up of stories — some that empower you, and some that need a good rewrite."
My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I meet you where you are — not where some self-help book says you should be. I genuinely love hearing about what makes you you.
I value curiosity, honesty, authenticity — and humor. Therapy can be hard work, but that doesn't mean it has to feel like a root canal. If we can laugh while we do the work? Even better.
Relational-Cultural Theory is the foundation — the power of connection, mutuality, and how our relationships shape who we are. Growth happens in connection, not in isolation.
Narrative Therapy helps you notice and reshape the stories you've inherited, internalized, or just outgrown. Your life is not fixed — it can be reauthored.
CBT, DBT, Gestalt, and Motivational Interviewing come in as needed. I'm not dogmatic about any of it. What works for you is what we'll use.
So if you're ready to get curious about your story, feel more like yourself, and maybe even laugh a little along the way — I'd be honored to walk with you.
Virtual or in person.
Both work well — it really comes down to what works best for you.
